A block of rooms in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel and VIA INN Tokyo-Oimachi has been set aside for conference delegates at special rates. Since hotel rooms in Tokyo are usually heavily booked and the group reservation cut-off date is February 13th, please make your travel plan and express your booking preferences as soon as possible but not later than February 3rd. We will make arrangements for each participant on a first-come-first-served basis. Late reservation request may be subject to rate and space availability.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel

Room Information Room Rate: One person/Room JPY 12,000*
Map & Directions Room Rate: Two person/Room JPY 14,000*

Shinagawa Prince Hotel is located near JR Shinagawa Station.

From Narita Airport:

1. Take the Narita Express (Japan Rail [JR]: = NEX bound for Yokohama, all seats reserved). Get off at Shinagawa Station in Tokyo.

2. OR take the less expensive adjacent Narita SKYLINER (Keisei Electric Railway, all seats reserved) to Nippori Station in Tokyo, transfer to southbound JR Keihin-Tohoku Line (blue-coded, Local or Rapid), and get off at Shinagawa Station in Tokyo.

From Haneda Airport:

1.Use TOKYO MONORAIL:

Monorail trains run between Haneda Airport and Hamamatsu-cho Station. From Hamamatsu-cho Station, take the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line southbound to Shinagawa Station.

2.Use the KEIKYU LINE:

Take the private Keikyu Line express from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa Station.

To Tokyo Tech:

From JR Shinagawa Station take the Japan Rail Keihin-Tohoku Line (blue-coded, rear car of any train) one stop to Oimachi Station. Take escalator to West Exit upstairs and change over to Oimachi Line (Tokyu System, rear car of Express or Local train). Get off at O-okayama Station (main exit) and cross the intersection. Allow some 20 minutes from JR Shinagawa Station to main gate of Tokyo Tech.

VIA INN Tokyo-Oimachi

Map & Directions Room Rate: Two person/Room JPY 10,800*

VIA INN Tokyo-Oimachi is located near JR Oimachi Station.

From Narita Airport:

1. Take the Narita Express (Japan Rail [JR]: = NEX bound for Yokohama, all seats reserved) to Shinagawa Station. Transfer to southbound JR Kehin-Tohoku Line (blue-coded train) one stop to Oimachi Station (use the Central Exit for the VIA INN).

2. OR take the less expensive adjacent Narita SKYLINER (Keisei Electric Railway, all seats reserved) to Nippori Station in Tokyo, transfer to southbound JR Keihin-Tohoku Line (blue-coded, Local or Rapid train) and get off at Oimachi Station.

From Haneda Airport:
