Please submit both word and pdf files, which should be less than 20 and 2.0 MBytes, respectively.
Kindly ensure that each paper is registered for presentation by a different author including payment of a single registration fee per paper. In addition, please verify that the individual author so registered will actually be present at the conference.
Please also note that the Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or decline papers for inclusions in the Conference Program and Proceedings.
