国際会議ポスターセッション報告
土木工学専攻(准教授) 市村強・高橋章浩
３月３，４日に行われたポスターセッションでは，あわせて３６件の発表があった．セッションの時間を越えて活発な質疑応答がなされるなど，大変盛況だった．また，今回の国際会議から，若手研究者の顕彰を目的として，優秀発表者に「Best Poster Presentation Award for Young Researchers」を授与することとし，国内外の委員からなる選考委員会の厳正な審査の結果，４名に本賞が授与された．以下に受賞者とそのコメントを示す．
柴山周平（東京工業大学大学院理工学研究科土木工学専攻）
「この度はベストポスタープレゼンテーション賞をいただきまして，光栄に思っております．ひとえに指導教員の日下部・高橋両先生，並びに研究室の皆様の支えがあればこそだと思います．これを励みに今後研究を続けていきたいと思います．ありがとうございました．」
島田侑子（東京工業大学大学院総合理工学研究科環境理工学創造専攻）
「今回このような賞を頂けたことを非常に光栄に思います．ポスタープレゼンテーションの経験は多くないのですが，図を中心にしたわかりやすいポスターの作成と，なるべく多くの方に対しての積極的な発表に努めたことが受賞に繋がったのではないかと思います．私にとって初めての受賞であるこの賞を励みに，今後も研究に邁進していきたいと思います．」

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity I had to attend the 6ICUEE and the young researcher’s workshop in Tokyo, and to have received the award for my poster presentation.?
